How long until it is online?
If the material is available, your site is published the same day. On Dedicated, your account executive coordinates the stages with you and delivery is ready within the week.
What does setup cost?
Nothing. The build is waived and offset by the twelve-month term: that is why you do not pay a large amount upfront to get started.
Why a twelve-month term?
Because we build the site without charging you for it. That work is amortised over the year. It is a commitment from both sides: you stay, and we take on the entire initial build.
Is the site mine?
Yes. Once the twelve-month term is complete we hand over the full source code, and if one day you want to move to another provider, you leave with your site.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Hosting, SSL certificate, backups, monitoring and every change you request are included in the subscription. The only thing separate is the domain, which is best registered in your name.
What does unlimited changes mean?
You ask for what you need, when you need it, with no revision counting and no quotes. Copy, photos, prices, new sections. They are handled one at a time and resolved right away.
Who writes the copy and sources the photos?
We do. You tell us about your business and we take care of the rest. If you have your own material we use it; if not, we produce it.
What if I already have a site?
