To provide our customer service and artificial intelligence assistants through messaging channels (such as WhatsApp or Telegram), we may collect and process the following information:

• Phone number (in the case of WhatsApp).
• Messaging profile identifiers (such as profile name or user ID).
• Content of the messages sent through these channels to our assistants.

If you hire our services, we also process the data required for the business relationship: company or personal name, contact details and billing information.

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Provide automated responses or assistance through our Artificial Intelligence agents.
• Improve conversation context to give you smoother, smarter service.
• Contact you if you request human support.
• Manage billing and administration of contracted services.

This site does not use Google Analytics or any other third party analytics tool, and it does not install advertising or tracking cookies.

The only cookies stored are the ones the site needs to work: the language you chose and, for our team, the admin panel session. You can block them in your browser settings and the site keeps working.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your messaging data is transmitted through the infrastructure of the corresponding messaging providers and analyzed with private Artificial Intelligence models under strict confidentiality agreements, without using the data to train public models.

We keep a chat history to give context to our agents. If you want us to delete every record of your conversations, phone numbers or identifiers from our databases, you can request it immediately and free of charge by writing to [email protected], or through the same messaging channel you used to contact us.

The same applies to data we receive from Facebook and Instagram when you interact with our pages: send us your username and we will delete it along with the rest. We answer every request within 30 days at most.
