About us

Where this system
came from.

Sinfonix started with a single idea: bring artificial intelligence inside real businesses, where processes repeat every day and consume hours of work.

The origin

We started from
the craft we already had.

The starting point was web development, which is what we had been doing as Wave Publicidad: more than 300 sites delivered since 2011, with the infrastructure, the hosting and the maintenance that comes with them.

That is where the first system of agents was built: one that researches an industry, one that plans the structure of the site, one that produces the design, one that writes the code and one that publishes, with points where the client approves before moving on.

That work left something more valuable than the sites: an architecture. A common data core, an engine that runs long processes without losing track, agents with a closed set of tools, and verifiers that review what they produce. None of that is specific to a web page.

That is why the web is now the way in and not the centre of the business: what we build is the place where the information of a company lives, and the processes that move it.

Ramiro Gómez Massetti

Founder and CTO

Who runs it

The craft
behind the system.

He started in 2011 with his own web development studio and spent 15 years delivering sites, hosting and campaigns. That is where the lesson that became the product came from: what limits a team is not talent, it is that everything has to go through a single person. Everything the system executes today, he did by hand first.

He brought both halves of the craft with him. In 2007 he ran paid search at the agency e-Bis, and returned to the same house years later as CTO of Valor Digital: 8 years in charge of the Linux infrastructure hosting more than 800 production sites, and of the team that kept it running. He also runs Monster Productions, the New York web development company whose infrastructure he operated for 9 years and which was left in his hands in 2023.

He is also a pianist and producer: stages across Europe and Argentina, a solo piano concert at the Scandinavian headquarters of Steinway & Sons, and a YouTube channel about music technology with more than 11,000 subscribers.

That is where the name of the company comes from: producing means taking parts that have nothing in common and making them sound like a single thing. Orchestrating software agents is the same craft, on a different instrument.

  • Web development, hosting and campaigns since 2011
  • CTO at Valor Digital: infrastructure for 800+ sites
  • Paid search since 2007
  • Director of Monster Productions, New York
  • Pianist, producer and technical content creator

300+

Websites delivered since 2011, one at a time.

Wave Publicidad became Sinfonix in 2026: same company, same team, the same craft written down as a system.

How we prove it

We are just another account
inside our own system.

Sinfonix runs inside the system it sells, as just another account. Our contacts, our catalogue, our conversations and our tasks live in the same place as those of a client, with the same rules and the same permissions.

That has a direct consequence: what we build to use ourselves becomes product. A tool that does not hold up for our own daily work never gets sold.

  • Nothing is written for a single account

If something can be written as a module or as a step of a process, that is how it gets written. What is specific to a company lives in its configuration and its data.

  • Every implementation teaches something

A rule that was missing, a case the verifier did not cover, a new connector. That lesson goes into the whole system, not into that one account.

  • Improvements reach everyone

What gets built while working with a client becomes available to the rest, included in the monthly plan.

How we think about it

Judgment
cannot be automated.

The agents handle what needs versatility, human contact and full reasoning: understanding what someone writes in loose language, deciding which tool applies, drafting a reply. The deterministic part of the system calculates, executes, stores and validates: prices, balances, availability, business rules. Each thing in its own domain.

Not everything carries artificial intelligence, and that is a design decision. A balance calculation or a credit rule is solved with software that runs the same way every time and can be tested. A solution can have no AI in it at all and still be exactly what the company needed.

The human work is designing each process precisely: defining the context, writing the rules, setting the validations, and then testing and correcting it until the result is professional. The agents execute that design consistently and at any hour. The exceptions, which is where judgment is worth something, are resolved by a person.

Tell us which process is holding you back.

You tell us how it works today and we tell you which part can be automated and which is better left as it is.
