The system
One door
for your
whole operation.
Sinfonix Core is your company's central brain. One database holding your customers and their history, your catalogue, your orders, your payments, your rules and the memory of what was already done. Every module works on that same data: whoever answers knows the order being asked about, and whoever ships knows if it was already paid.
- One database
- Multi company from day one. Your account sees yours, and nothing else.
- One door
- Every operation comes in through the same place and passes the same controls.
- One version
- No parallel spreadsheets and no price lists that disagree with each other.
01The base and the modules
What is always there,
and what switches on.
The core is not a fixed number of pieces. At the bottom sits the base, which is what makes an account an account. On top, the modules that switch on with the solution your company needs, plus whatever its industry brings.
Modules that hold a record
- CRMWho each person is across every channel, with their deals and their history.
- CatalogueProducts and services with prices per currency and per quantity.
- Sales and paymentsOrders with items and discounts, partial payments, subscriptions and renewals.
- ContentPlans, pieces, publications and the image bank.
Modules that produce work
- WebThe webmaster that builds the site and takes changes over chat.
- MarketingCampaigns and social content for each brand.
- SupportThe agent that answers the channels your customer already writes to.
The baseAlways there, in every account. It is not contracted and never switches off.
- Accounts and permissionsUsers, roles, and what each account has active.
- BrandsThe unit everything else belongs to.
- TasksWork in progress, with its state and its evidence.
- MemoryWhat your account learned, searchable by meaning.
- DashboardWhere your team looks, operates and signs off.
Each industry also brings its own vocabulary and rules: what a clinic calls an appointment, a workshop calls a work order. That layer is built with the first client of an industry and stays available for the ones that follow.
02Each thing in its own domain
The agent understands.
The system calculates.
There are 2 kinds of work and 2 kinds of pieces do them. Deciding which goes where in your operation is the design work we do before writing a line. An order written the way people write on WhatsApp is understood by an agent. The total of that order is not: it is calculated by software that behaves the same every time and can be tested. Same operation, split down the middle, each half done by whoever does it better.
What needs judgement
hi! i need 12 of the 20 litre drums and 2 boxes of L gloves, send it to the Lanus branch. can you give me the total?
What the agent understood
- 20 L drum
- 12 units
- Gloves, size L
- 2 boxes
- Delivery
- Lanus branch
The agent does not calculate the total. It hands what it understood to a tool, and the tool validates before it executes.
What gets calculated
The same input gives the same total today, tomorrow and 6 months from now.
What the agent buys you
- Your customer writes the way they always write, no form and nothing to learn.
- It answers at 11 at night with your catalogue open.
- When something fits no rule, it stops and hands it to you with the case already put together.
What the system buys you
- Amounts come from your data, never from an estimate.
- It behaves the same no matter who is in that day.
- Every rule has its automated test, so a change does not quietly break the one next to it.
03The mandatory step
Nothing runs
without passing here.
Between whoever asks and whoever executes there is a mandatory step. The security controls answer 4 questions before a job starts, and if one of them does not close, the job does not go out. The agent that executes never reads your customer's message: it receives an order that already came through here.

04The system does not guess
Change the rule,
the answer changes.
The agent does not pick the price: it asks for it. You set the rule in the catalogue and the system works out the number. Move it and watch: the reply changes, and right beside it you see where it came from.
hi! do you have 12 of the 20 litre drums? how much is it
Yes, I have them. 12 drums of 20 L at 15,400 each, which is the price from 10 units up. Total 184,800. Shall I put it together?
10:42Where the number came from
- Record consulted
- Catalogue, 20 L drum, wholesale list
- Rule applied
- Quantity price, from 10 units up
- Result
- 12 × 15,400 = 184,800
Yes, I have them. 12 drums of 20 L at 17,200 each. Total 206,400. Shall I put it together?
10:42Where the number came from
- Record consulted
- Catalogue, 20 L drum, wholesale list
- Rule applied
- No quantity tier, list price
- Result
- 12 × 17,200 = 206,400
Same question, same conversation, a different number, because the rule changed and not the system's mood.
05You do not start from scratch
It connects to what
you already run.
Almost no company starts on a blank page. If you already have a management system running, the core connects to it and works on top. The operation moves across in parts, in the order that hurts least, and meanwhile the two live together: one part runs on one side and another on the other, with nothing entered twice.
The system you already useIt stays on, and nobody changes their routine overnight.
- Dispatch and tracking
- Accounting and invoicingDoes not move
The connectionIt reads and writes on both sides. The same data is entered once.
Moving across
- Orders
- Payments
The coreWhat already runs here, with its controls and its rules.
- Contacts and enquiries
- Catalogue and prices
Each part moves across once the new one passed its tests and your team is using it. If one stalls, what came before keeps running. And what your accountant already has solved stays where it is: moving for the sake of moving helps nobody.
06What is included
What comes with the site,
and what is yours.
Any website comes with the core's CRM and Catalogue at no charge: your contacts with their history across every channel, and your products with their prices. The other modules are contracted when you need them, as a monthly subscription. And the Concierge, the Sinfonix agent you use over chat to ask for changes and approve deliveries, comes included too.

- Content and imagesOriginals
- Site texts and pagesHTML
The module, your industry pack and the processes are ours, licensed for use while the subscription runs. Your data is not.
What everyone
asks.
- Do I have to contract the core to work with you?
- No. Plenty of clients need only a website and that is handled just the same, with the same care. The core is always offered because it is the protagonist, but it is not a condition.
- How much does it cost?
- With a website, the CRM and the Catalogue come at no charge. The other modules go as a monthly subscription, and a solution for your industry is quoted in stages, with closed scope and price.
- Does it replace the system I already use?
- Not at the start. It connects, works on top, and the operation moves across in parts. Switching systems all at once is the fastest way to lose information.
- Is the data mine?
- Yes. The data, the content and the brand are yours, and they export in open formats whenever you want.
