About the system,

What does it cost?
Nothing. It comes with any service you hire, with no plan of its own and no user limit. It is not a trial or a cut-down edition: it is the same system we work with.
Can I use it without hiring a service?
No, and that is deliberate. The system makes sense when there is something to record: a site receiving enquiries, a campaign bringing contacts, an agent answering. On its own it would be one more spreadsheet to fill in by hand.
Is the data mine?
Yes, and you can download it whenever you want in open formats. Neither the contacts nor the history are held hostage: if we stop working together, you take them with you.
Can my team get in?
Yes, each person with their own login, seeing only what concerns them. Nobody shares a password or sees what they should not.
Does it replace the CRM I already use?
It can, but it does not have to. If you already have one running and your team uses it, we leave it where it is and connect what is needed. Switching systems for no reason is the fastest way to lose information.
